This website, nthngfancy.com (the "Website"), is owned and operated by Harshal Kukreja, a sole proprietorship trading as NTHNG FANCY, GSTIN 22KOLPK0772L1ZJ, with its registered place of business at Shop No. 32/1913, Main Road, G.E. Road, Telibandha, Raipur, Chhattisgarh – 492001, India ("we", "us", "our").

By browsing, registering on or purchasing from the Website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display colours and product details accurately, but actual shades may vary slightly depending on your screen.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund the amount in full.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors and to cancel an affected order, refunding any amount paid in full.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the address cannot be serviced, pricing was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.

7. Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, EMI and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or banking credentials. Payment is subject to your bank's or the gateway's own terms.

8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return, exchange and refund rights and turnaround times are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the NTHNG FANCY name and logo, product designs, photographs, copy, graphics and page layout — is owned by or licensed to us and protected under Indian law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website to: breach any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission; or place fraudulent orders.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices or policies.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, or failures of couriers, payment gateways or internet infrastructure.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

18. Grievance Redressal

For any complaint or concern regarding the Website, your order, or the handling of your personal data, contact us at connect@nthngfancy.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt.
