Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At NTHNG FANCY we want the fit to be perfect. If it isn't, this policy explains exactly what you can do, by when, and how long each step takes.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests raised after 7 days are not eligible.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- In original packaging
- All original tags fully attached
- Order number or proof of purchase
We request an unboxing video where possible, as it helps us resolve damage or missing-item claims quickly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Bulk or wholesale orders, and items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
4. How to Raise a Request
- Log in to your account, open Order History, and select Return items on the relevant order.
- If the portal gives you trouble, Email connect@nthngfancy.com.
Please do not ship anything back before your request is approved. Items sent without an approved request cannot be accepted.

7. Refunds
Prepaid orders: credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
COD orders: as there is no original payment method, our team will contact you to collect your bank or UPI details securely, and transfer within 5–7 business days of approval.
COD shipping charges are non-refundable. Prepaid orders ship free.
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact connect@nthngfancy.com.
8. Order Cancellation
Free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
